Generative Search Visibility™ Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement

“We don’t talk about you. You don’t talk about how it was done. That’s the deal.”

This Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Generative Search Visibility™ (“GSV”) and the Client (“You”). By engaging in a working relationship with Generative Search Visibility, both parties agree to the following terms with no exceptions, modifications, or amendments permitted.

1. Mutual Confidentiality

Both GSV and You agree to keep the details of the engagement private.

  • GSV will not disclose your name, brand, business type, website, or any identifying information publicly.
  • You will not disclose methods, structure, tools, assets, or strategic frameworks learned or deployed during the engagement.

2. Scope of Protection

  • This agreement covers all communications, deliverables, strategies, workflows, code, visual assets, and internal systems shared during the relationship.
  • It also covers the existence of the relationship itself.
  • Nothing from either party may be published, posted, discussed, or disclosed without prior written consent.

3. Ownership Acknowledgement

  • GSV retains ownership of proprietary plugins, content frameworks, schema structures, and internal tooling.
  • Client retains ownership of domain, public facing content, and branded media created during the engagement.

4. Duration

  • This Agreement is binding indefinitely.
  • It survives termination, cancellation, or expiration of the working relationship.

5. Legal Enforcement

  • Any breach of this Agreement is subject to injunctive relief and monetary damages under the governing laws of the State of Wyoming.
  • Attempts to modify or challenge this Agreement will render the agreement void only for the breaching party.

6. No Modifications

  • This NDA may not be altered, modified, redlined, or amended in any way.
  • Any attempt to alter this Agreement by either party voids the agreement for that party.
  • Continued participation in the working relationship confirms full consent and understanding.

This Agreement is written in plain English to ensure total clarity. If you can’t agree to this, we don’t work together. Period.

Effective as of first contact or service engagement with GSV.
